For the month of June, the HSL Book Group will discuss Lincoln in the Bardo by George Saunders.

A #1 New York Times bestseller and winner of the Man Booker Prize, Lincoln in the Bardo takes a historical truth—the death of President Lincoln’s beloved eleven-year-old son Willie—and spins a tale of familial love and loss that ventures into the supernatural realm where a struggle erupts over young Willie’s soul.
