April is “Ology”  Month at Mt. View Library!

 Building a library of the vocalizations or ”language” of our native Hawaiian birds is a LOHE* at UH Hilo project.  Data collected on all the islands of Hawaii is a part of this collection.  Come to Mt. View Library to experience the diverse vocalizations of our incredible native Hawaiian birds and learn how the data is collected and analyzed.
