八卦內功簡介
Energy Bagua is a special method of meditation developed by Master JinBodhi for the maintenance of good health. It balances YIN and YANG energy, while facilitating interaction with Universal energy, regenerating vitality and improving health. Energy Bagua is based on two main components: movements of the palms and walking in circles. It combines strength and softness, the physical and the mental. While practicing Energy Bagua, students can grasp the balance of YIN and YANG, return to Nature, and connect with the universal energy to quickly replenish vital energy, stimulate the immune system, and improve health conditions.
Certified Instructor Lily Chen will conduct the introductory lecture and weekly sessions. Registration is required and is limited to 16 adult participants. Register under each individual class or call library information desk to register at (808) 831-6831.
