Make a Halloween card with Alex.  He will provide special decorations so you can make a  handmade Halloween card that is funny, spooky, or even both.  Create and have fun ! Program is free and the library will provide the card making materials. Children 5 and under should be accompanied by an adult. Please contact the library 15 days in advance to request a sign language interpreter or special accommodations.
