Attend a free, 30-minute yoga class led by RYT 200® instructor Penny Smith. She produced a pre-recorded video for the beginner in mind, for people new to yoga.
Chair yoga is recommended for all ages, especially for adults living with limited mobility. According to the American Osteopathic Association, reducing stress, increasing flexibility & muscular strength, and clearing the mind are some of the benefits of practicing yoga.
