Yoga expert Rebecca Hilton pairs classic children’s stories with simple yoga poses to get kids moving! It’s not only a fun activity for children, but it teaches fitness, flexibility, mindfulness, and relaxation This 45-minute program is suitable for ages 3 and older. Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver. Program is funded by the Friends of Ewa Beach Library.
