Students, who just completed Kindergarten through Grade 5 in elementary school, are invited to Build it! this summer at Kalihi-Palama Public Library every Wednesday afternoon from 1-2:30 p.m., June 7 to July 12. The free program challenges participants to construct a different structure or game each week: Rainbow Maze, Spaghetti Tower, Paper Blocks, Marshmallow Bridge, Straw House, and Marble Run. Limited to 12 participants; call the library at 832-3466 to register. Due to small parts, children under 4 years old may not participate.
