The Library is partnering with the County of Kaua’i Waste Diversion Programs to provide this 1-hour informational program. Emily Medeiros, Recycling Specialist, will offer Powerpoint slideshow presentation to educate the public in ways to reduce, reuse, recycle and rot (composting) and to take responsibility for the garbage we produce on a daily basis and to make conscious choices to limit our waste.  The program is geared to all ages and will have short question and answer period after the slideshow presentation.
