Recycle water bottles into colorful wind spinners. They are easy to make, just color and cut. Hang it outside on a tree branch or from the ceiling inside your house and watch it spin every time a breeze comes through. All supplies will be provided. This free program is suitable for children ages 5 and up. Drop in (come when you can, leave when you’re ready) from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Program available while supplies last.
