The Kailua-Kona Public Library is celebrating 25 years in the new building with a musical performance by local Na Hoku Hanohano Award winner, John Keawe.  John shares the history of slack key and shares his many compositions both instrumentally and vocally – all in his own distinct style.  His music is infused with the spirit of Aloha and reflects his deep love for the islands and his family.
