The General Plan envisions communities that support and promote sustainability, resilience, health and opportunity for all people into the future. It establishes priorities for managing growth and community development over a 20-year planning time frame.
The Planning Department of the county of Kauai and Kauai public libraries have partnered together to provide a reserve copy for the public at all Kauai branches.
