Tweens and teens are invited to join us for a craft program decorating book totes.  Each participant will get one tote bag and have access to fabric markers to decorate their bag with.  This program is suitable for youth ages 11-17.

Supplies are limited and will be given on a first come first served basis.  This program is funded by the Friends of the Hilo Public Library.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible.
