March 20, 2024 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Uncle Wayne and the Howling Dog Band

Since 2010, Uncle Wayne and the Howling Dog Band has been barnstorming Hawaii’s libraries, schools and festivals, creating a musical ruckus with every show. Their original songs, a unique blend of island flavored bluegrass, folk and blues make children and their grownups want to dance and sing along. Uncle Wayne and the Howling Dog Band includes: Uncle Wayne on guitar and vocals, Miss Chris on percussion, Auntie Gemma on vocals and tambourine, Uncle Jeff on stand up bass and Mr. Girish on violin, mandolin, guitar and vocals.

Suitable for all ages! Young children must be accompanied by a parent or adult caregiver.

Sponsored by the Maui Friends of the Library.

Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required. Program schedule is subject to change.
