The Honolulu Ki Society will be hosting a workshop focused around applying Ki principles to become healthier, happier and more successful in everyday life. In this workshop attendees will learn how to: relax completely, coordinate the mind and body, and improve the health of the mind and body through Ki meditation and breathing exercises.
In their classes, the Honolulu Ki Society takes a hands-on and interactive approach. If you are not comfortable being touched, there will be an option to indicate to the instructors that you do not want to be touched during this workshop.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication, or a modification of policies or procedures to participate in a program, service, or activity should contact library staff as soon as possible. Advance requests 48 hours or more before the event are encouraged, but not required.
