Join Ms. Jen the Kids’ Librarian for an opportunity to meet with children’s book author Kimberly Woods. Kimberly will share her picture book, Mama, What If…; this beloved story illustrates Little Turtle’s fears of trying anything “new”. Kimberly wants to encourage children to step outside their comfort zone.

The reading will be followed by a Q&A session. Participants will also receive a blank book to publish their own stories, which will be featured in the Kid Lit Exhibit at the Kailua-Kona Public Library for a limited time.

This program is suitable for keiki in Preschool through 5th grade. It is limited to 10 keiki & their caregivers; advance online registration is required.
