Due to the current guidance from public health officials regarding social distancing and in the interest of protecting the communities we serve, as of Monday, March 16, 2020, we are cancelling all programs and events for the rest of the month of March, including tech classes, story times, Tax Help, book clubs and other events. The Library has also cancelled all Bookmobile service. All external meetings scheduled in any HSPLS meeting room will be cancelled or rescheduled.

Waipahu Public Library will be providing a series of financial literacy classes in March. These free classes are suitable for ages 18 and up. Metered parking is free in the evenings after 4:00pm and free all day on Saturdays.

Wednesday, March 4: Debt Management 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, March 11: Proper Protection 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
Wednesday, March 18: Long Term Care/Estate Planning 5:30 pm – 7:00 pm
