Recycle Hawaii- What’s Up With Waste Now?

February 18, 2020 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Recycle Hawaii Logo

In this presentation and forum, you will learn about solid waste in Hawai’i County. How do you sort it? How clean does it have to be? Where do you take it? Can I really not recycle this anymore?

We’ll be talking about the nuts and bolts of managing your household waste as well as addressing issues in waste and materials management. When you leave, you will know what tools you can use to stop waste in Hawai’i.

Join Dani Burger for this information session. Dani is a Master Recycler Composter on a mission to reduce waste.

If you need an auxiliary aid/service or other accommodation due to a disability, please contact the library at least 7 days prior to the program date. We will make every attempt to fulfill all requests for accommodations. All programs are subject to change. For a list of upcoming library events, visit test-library.ehawaii.gov/events
