Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body : Tips from the Latest Research

Drawing on current research, Tonya Hammond-Tullis, MAC, of the Alzheimer’s Association, will present on lifestyle habits that can keep your brain healthy as you age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline in four areas: cognitive activity, physical health and exercise, diet and nutrition, and social engagement.

Free. No advance registration required.
