The community is invited to the Nānākuli Public Library’s first birthday celebration! The free event will include:

• Congratulatory remarks from State Librarian Stacey Aldrich, architect Glen Miura, and Kapi‘olani Baber, Executive Director of the Nānākuli Housing Corporation.
• A special performance by the Hawai‘i Opera Theatre!
• Cake and other refreshments will be provided, while supplies last.

Celebration event is sponsored by the Friends of the Nānākuli Public Library. The Hawai‘i Opera Theatre performance is a production of the University of Hawaii Outreach College Statewide Cultural Extension Program with funding provided by the National Endowment for the Arts, Hawaii State Foundation on Culture and the Arts, and the University of Hawaii at Mānoa.
