Hawaii State Library and SCBWI-Hawaii present the Surf-A-Book Festival! Catch a children’s book or learn to craft your own stories with local authors and illustrators.

A celebration of children’s literature in Hawaii. Join us for free presentations, activities, read alouds and book signings, a book exhibit and panel discussions.
